If Jesus Were Truly Loving…

People would not go to hell.

He would not say “Too bad.”

I’m going to change some of the New Testament passages in order to help Sir Jesus out.

Matthew 5:9-10 “Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called doing the right thing.  Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness’ sake: for they will be fine as God is here, and Moses knows they will be okay.”

Matthew 23:12 “And whoever shall exalt himself shall be lying to himself; and he that shall humble himself shall not be subservient.”

John 14:6 “Jesus said unto him, I am teaching the way, the truth, and the life: man is wasting his energies if he teaches another way, truth and/or life.”

Matthew 5:16 “Let your love so shine before men, that they may see your good nature, and realize God is with you forever.”

Matthew 5:43-44 “Ye hath heard that it hath been said, Thou shall love thy neighbour, and hate thine enemy.  But I say unto you, just ignore those shiteheads or call the police if you suspect criminal activity.  God knows you’re doing the best possible. Yeah, life can be terrible, yet things will get better.”

Matthew 7:12 “Therefore all things whatsoever ye would that men should do to you, do ye even so to them: and don’t worry if you’re in a bad mood, just try not to be nasty.”

John 5:24 “Verily, verily, I say unto you He that heareth my word, knows I’m attempting to teach that we all have everlasting life, and no condemnation, nor death, as bad souls just go someplace for a little while or more to learn.  God knows they will be fine.”

Matthew 22:37 “Jesus said unto him, God isn’t an insecure being that demands love towards him.  Right.  Your feelings are natural, and they will come out that way, yet it doesn’t have to be for God, although for your mate or wife, perhaps?”

Matthew 6:33 “Seek God’s truth about love, and kindness, and who cares what Jesus said about aspiring for God’s kingdom.  It’s similar to the Tower of Babel story, because you think you’re at the top with God after you accept a saviour, so even if you indulge in wrongdoing, you’re still at the top.”
